Please bring 2x towels. One to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off with. Don’t forget to bring water and hydrate during your session!

Each session is 60min long and you have exclusive use during this period

Yes! We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed, so rest assured the session you booked is private.

Please arrive at 5-10 minutes before your appointment start time and have your client form and liability waiver completed before arriving.

Please park on the street at the front of the property. Or alternatively on the grass in front of the park!

Minimum contract term for memberships is 1 month (4 payment cycles). You can cancel anytime after that – just give us a week’s notice in writing.

You can pause your membership for up to 3 weeks a year, just give us written notice at least 7 days in advance.

You can bring up to 3 people for your session, however we recommend a max of 2! The sauna fits up to 3 people, however you may need to rotate with the ice bath as this can only fit 2 at a time.

Yes of course! Just send us their full name, email, and phone number, and we'll add them to your booking. Please note that all pricing is per person, and payment will be collected upon your arrival.

We are the 2nd unit, so just walk down the driveway and ring the doorbell once you arrive!
